Takow Network Ltd. is a registered NGO with the aim of supporting women within the UK and has a reach across the world. We have constantly delivered successful projects in the form of events, mentoring programmes and networking events and working with women organisations and the Government to tackle issues impacting women of colour. This has resulted in our supporters growing to over 30,000 people
Our success lies in the real, positive impact we have on women’s lives, whether we’re starting conversation about Women’s Rights, Inspiring young Black women to challenge stereotype views, or contributing to social awareness. We are determined to have an effect on individual women, helping them recognise and fulfil their potential and facilitating the development of aspiration, of worth and of achievement.

Safa Aden is a senior Operations Manager and a Business Coach. She is also the founder of an online coaching business called Rebel Coaching which specialises in helping business owners create and implement the systems and strategies they need to conquer the market and create a profitable business. With 14 years of experience working in business management and business operations, Safa has developed, inspired and coached 100s of people within her industry in the UK and internationally. I first came across Ladan Takow's work via social media and was initially drawn to her positive energy and great spirit. I then attended a few of her events where we further connected. I absolutely loved that she gave back so much to the community and young women in her era. She creates a space for young women to come together and share their thoughts, struggles and journey where they build strong sisterhoods.
I have also had the pleasure of personally working with Ladan through her excellent hosting skills, she has hosted most of our Millennial Network events across the UK and a few internationally. It’s been nothing but a pleasure to have her along on our journey and her hosting skills are energetic, warm and fun.
